A few important points:

  • Orders are USUALLY shipped out within 48 hours via Australia Post (except weekends) but may take longer.
  • Deliver times vary depending on country of destination. Australia post literature indicates anywhere from 2-3 days (for Australian orders) and 7 to 10 days for most overseas countries.
  • Each item is hand made to ensure quality, thus, larger orders will take a longer to process, but the order WILL be processed. Please be patient.
  • Very large orders, such as for schools/educational institutes or retail outlets, require prior discussion. The original matrix model is a registered design as an educational device with IP Australia. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and I will be happy to assist. E-mail address below.
  • Personal details are not passed on to any third parties. All orders are processed through the secure and well established online merchant, Paymate Australia (link opens in new window). Paymate are similar to Paypal but Australian based and with a clean past record.
  • I do not keep a copy of your credit card details anywhere. Unless required by law or for fraud prevention measures, your credit card details are kept (securely) only long enough for me to process your order. Consequently, subsequent orders will require a new form submission.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars.
  • The buttons below will get the order started. Quantities can be adjusted on the actual shopping cart page.
  • The destination country is the determining factor. If you live overseas and are buying this for a friend in Australia, select the 'Australia' shipping price. If the opposite is true, (you live in Australia and buying for a friend in France), select the 'Rest of the World' Option.
